Bio
Brooke Baker is the owner of September Farm in Versailles, KY. Brooke has been riding since she was six starting with the United States Pony Club. Her career started as a successful excise rider for several Hall of Fame trainers. Brooke wears many hats during the day. Mornings are spent sitting atop quarter horses at Keeneland, helping her husband, Rodolphe Brisset and the rest of the team September Farm provides lay ups or breaks for racehorses as needed. Brooke breeds Thoroughbreds and takes care of the foals and mares. Brooke is also involved in the Retired Racehorse Project. She tries to retrain one Thoroughbred per year.
