Bio
A life-long horseperson from Maryland, I grew up eventing and showing ponies and then started galloping when I graduated high school. In 2012 I rode my first race and continued riding as an amateur over jumps and on the flat. I’ve mostly retired from racing but still gallop. I still try to do a little competing and fox hunting. I got Virginia to be an event horse 2 years ago from her breeders, and she’s really turning out to be quite nice! I’m really excited to be doing this as it’s a great cause, and we have loaned out horses for this almost every year! Glad I can finally do it myself!
