Bio
As daughter of Maryland based trainer Tim Keefe, I have been immersed in the Thoroughbred industry from the time I was born. I also grew up competing in the sport of eventing alongside my mother who successfully took numerous Thoroughbreds off the track and retrained them for second careers in eventing. Thoroughbreds are the most versatile breed and can have so much success following their racing careers. In 2022 I graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Sports Communication. The summer after graduation I took a job with Mark Casse in Saratoga. Since then I have worked for him in New York, Florida, and am currently based in Kentucky. For this year's Real Rider Cup I am competing with Point Nemo (Songandaprayer x Wood Not). He was trained by my father and after 4 dismal starts and a grand total of $0 in lifetime earnings, my mom took over the reins to show him the world of eventing. I eventually took the ride on him and competed him up to the 2* level and he is now ridden by my sister at the 3* level. He is a prime example of the versatility and potential Thoroughbreds possess beyond the racetrack.
