My name is Michelle Hurley, and I am from Fair Hill, Maryland, where I grew up riding OTTBs and competing in local 4H shows. I have worked at the Fair Hill Equine Therapy Center for 16 years managing Thoroughbreds during their rehabilitation programs and really enjoy following the horses in their racing careers once they return to their trainers. I rode in the Real Rider Cup in 2023 and really enjoyed jumping and riding again. This year I am excited to ride Call Provision for my coworker and friend, Katelyn Jackson. Call Provison, or CP as we call him, spent some time with us at the Fair Hill Equine Therapy Center during his racing career. Trained by Chad Brown and owned by Klaravich stables, he retired after 19 starts with 7 wins earning just over $500,000 and found his forever home right here in Fair Hill. You can find Katelyn and CP competing locally in Hunter Derby’s and Jumpers shows when she has a break between working the sales. CP and I are proud to be here to represent and raise money for Thoroughbreds in their second careers!
