Jennifer is originally from Baltimore, MD. She was horse crazy since the time she could talk. She attended McDonogh school from first through twelfth grade, where her riding and love for horses was able to flourish. After college, Jennifer returned to MD where she took a job starting young TBs for the race track. Years of breaking babies and galloping for top trainers all over the country parlayed into Jennifer eventually becoming a professional jockey, which is how she met the love of her life, fellow jockey Frankie Pennington. They have been married 11 years and have two children, Frankie III (10) and Emily (7). The Pennington family resides in Ringoes, NJ on their farm where Jennifer does racehorse layups and pony sales.
