I haven’t sat on a horse for 2 years, but I am happy to ride a borrowed mount in this fundraiser to help these incredible horses! I have been a vet tech for Equine Vet Care based at Fair Hill since 2009. I began riding at age 10 and acquired my first OTTB, Willie, at age 17. We evented through preliminary level and did a little bit of amateur/owner jumpers. I began galloping racehorses when I was 18 and had the opportunity to ride some very nice horses for several trainers, including Graham Motion. My riding has been on hold while I have learned to be a ballerina mom for my 15-year-old daughter, but I do hope to have another OTTB one day when I have the time.
